About the Vision

Hi. I'm Renee Grace, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have found that to achieve my BEST health, adopting holistic health approaches has been essential. (I'm still working on this!  Lifelong education!) Learning Anatomy and Physiology provided me with a deep understanding of how one area of concern can impact other aspects of my health. I encourage everyone, regardless of their profession, to take a college course in Anatomy and Physiology.  

Having spent over 20 years in the insurance sector, I’ve seen firsthand that it can be challenging for physicians and practitioners to help you reach your highest health and wellness goals.  

Your health is the greatest asset you have in life! By investing time and effort into learning about naturopathic solutions and holistic health approaches, your goals become achievable. It takes significant effort, focus, determination, and a commitment of time.
